Get a clientVPNGJ is a cross-border connectivity subscription service with 90+ countries / 170+ routes, support for five platforms and plans from ¥9.9/month.
90+ countries / 170+ routes. First check which regions your target service supports, then compare connection options. A route name alone doesn't confirm availability.
Distance is only one factor when choosing a route. Connections to the same region can be affected by your local network, carrier routing and the target website's response. Before accessing an international service, check which regions it supports, then choose a matching route from your subscription. For everyday use, stick with a familiar exit region and switch only when needed, keeping track of changes. Frequent region changes can make troubleshooting harder and may trigger account security checks on the target platform.
The table below shows examples of route types displayed in the interface. IEPL dedicated routes and relay routes use different link arrangements; this is not a ranking of performance across all situations. Streaming availability also depends on platform rules, the account's region and the exit route at the time. Use the routes listed in your subscription and shown in the client as your reference. These examples are not live measurements and do not guarantee access to specific content.
| Country / region | City / area | Route type | Streaming |
|---|---|---|---|
| Japan | Tokyo | IEPL dedicated | Check by platform and region |
| United States | Los Angeles | Relay | Check by platform and region |
| Hong Kong | Hong Kong | Check the subscription details | Check by platform and region |
| Singapore | Singapore | IEPL dedicated | Check by platform and region |
| Switzerland | Check the dashboard details | Check the subscription details | Check by platform and region |

Peak-hour performance depends on more than the route's region. Home Wi-Fi, carrier routing and the target service's load can all affect page response and video buffering. VPNGJ offers international routes for different use cases. Compare routes in nearby regions and keep the one that works for your everyday tasks. If performance slows, pause other bandwidth-heavy activities and check your client and local network. If the issue continues, submit a support ticket with the time and error message. Route type can help guide your choice, but it does not guarantee a fixed speed at any given time.
Cross-border connections involve several components, including your device, client and route. VPNGJ uses military-grade encryption, but you should still verify that your client comes from a trusted source and keep your password and subscription details secure. Your subscription contains connection settings; don't post them publicly or share them with people you don't trust. When changing devices, retrieve the information you need from the user dashboard. When asking for help, describe the issue without sharing your full subscription. Encryption protects the connection; it does not replace the target website's account permissions, device updates or everyday account security.
Use a computer for work, a tablet for reading and another device for video without limiting your connection to just one device. VPNGJ allows unlimited devices to be connected at the same time and supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux. Install a compatible client on each device, then sign in to the dashboard to get and import your subscription. Device count and data allowance are separate: keep an eye on your plan's usage when using multiple devices. Video, downloads and other tasks all contribute to data use. At home, keep your account and configuration secure; don't share your full subscription publicly.
When using AI tools such as ChatGPT, check connection status and account access separately. First confirm which regions the platform supports, then choose a matching exit region. For everyday prompts, research and file work, stick with a familiar route to reduce verification issues caused by frequent region changes. If the page loads but you can't sign in, check your account status and the platform's message instead of repeatedly switching clients. VPNGJ provides cross-border connectivity; it does not create third-party accounts or replace a platform's eligibility and subscription requirements. Check availability against the service's rules.
Before streaming, make sure the content region, platform account and route exit region line up. Loading the homepage doesn't guarantee that a specific title will play. Changes in picture quality may also come from local Wi-Fi, automatic player settings or the platform's response. VPNGJ provides international routes for cross-border access; streaming availability depends on the platform's rules at the time. If playback buffers, compare the same title at the same quality before switching routes. Keep data usage in mind during long viewing sessions and choose between a monthly plan and a prepaid data package that never expires based on your viewing habits.
A network subscription should be assessed on your own devices and in your everyday environment. VPNGJ offers a 60-day refund policy. Review the refund policy before use to understand the terms and how to apply. If you have connection issues, keep the error message and submit a support ticket through the user dashboard with your platform, route region and use case to help with troubleshooting. To request a refund, follow the policy. Plan prices and refund details are listed separately; route examples are not a substitute for testing the service, and troubleshooting steps are not guarantees of performance.

Get a clientFirst activate your account, then get the client for your system, and finally retrieve and import your subscription from the dashboard. On the platforms listed above, you can sign in to download the client without having purchased a plan, except on iOS. A valid plan is required to access the iOS download link. Installing the client doesn't mean the route is configured. After importing, make sure the route list appears, then select a route to connect. If the list is empty, check that the subscription imported correctly rather than reinstalling the app.
When your system asks to add a network configuration, check which client you're using and review the prompt. After connecting, test a website you normally use. Don't share your full configuration or account password when asking for help. If you change systems, move to another device or reinstall the client, return to the same dashboard to continue setup. For import steps, see the getting started guide.
Monthly plans start at ¥9.9/month. Unlimited devices and a 60-day refund policy. Estimate your usage before choosing a data tier.
Monthly plans
¥9.9/month
A good starting point if you mostly browse, research and handle light communication.
Monthly plans
¥18/month
If you switch between browsing, AI tools and video, use the dashboard's usage records to see whether this tier fits.
Monthly plans
¥28/month
If you stream video and download files often, consider a higher data tier. Whether it's enough depends on your actual usage.
Monthly plans suit regular, ongoing cross-border access. Data resets monthly on your activation date, not on the first of each calendar month. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated into the remaining days. Before choosing, distinguish between the number of devices and the data allowance: unlimited simultaneous devices doesn't mean unlimited data. Include video on multiple devices, background syncing and file tasks when estimating usage. Don't choose a tier based only on the experience of loading a webpage once.
Data packages suit irregular usage or when you want to plan tasks around your remaining data. They last until used and never expire. The main differences from monthly plans are billing and data management, so don't compare them by a single price alone. Think about how often you connect, then check the plan details in your dashboard. If you don't have enough usage history, don't treat an occasional large download as a regular need.
VPNGJ accepts Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT. Before confirming, check the plan name, price, data allowance and billing method, then follow the dashboard prompts. Payment, plan status and subscription access are shown separately in the dashboard. If the status hasn't updated after returning from checkout, check your order history first. For reconciliation or support, provide the relevant order details; never share your account password or full subscription configuration.

When comparing subscription services, route names are just a starting point. Billing, device rules, client access and support options matter too. VPNGJ lists these details across its site and user dashboard: coverage helps you assess region choices, plan data helps you manage everyday tasks, and the refund policy explains how to apply after purchase. Check these verifiable details, then test the service in your own network environment rather than deciding based on a route label alone.
Setup, video quality changes and AI tool access each have their own troubleshooting steps. Start with the article that matches your task, and avoid changing several settings at once.
For first-time iPhone setup, this guide walks through getting a client, importing a subscription, allowing a network configuration and checking the connection. It explains the difference between system permission and an active connection, so a setup prompt isn't mistaken for a completed connection.
